• Payment Schedule: Earnings will be transferred to the seller’s designated account as per our payment schedule, with applicable fees deducted.

• Misleading Information: Providing false or misleading product details is not allowed.
• Direct Marketing: Sellers must not engage in off-platform promotions to Itsay buyers.

4. Account Management

• Account Security: Keep your account details secure and up to date. Do not share login credentials.
• Account Actions: Itsay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or non-compliant activities.

5. Disputes & Complaints

• Conflict Resolution: Sellers must work towards resolving disputes with buyers. If required, Itsay may assist in mediation but holds no liability for disputes.
• Reporting Issues: Any concerns regarding transactions or platform-related matters should be reported to our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Role: Itsay provides a marketplace but is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions.
• Product Responsibility: Sellers are accountable for the products they list and sell.

Itsay may modify these terms as needed. Continued platform use signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
