Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Orders placed on bank holidays will be shipped on the following business day (typically Monday or Tuesday). Schedules may vary during Christmas and New Year.
Delivery Expectations
Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Tracking Updates: You will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
Missed Delivery: If no one is available, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at the nearest depot for 14 days. Collection requires a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license).

We use Royal Mail Tracking 24, with most orders arriving within 24 hours (dependent on postcode).

Weekend Deliveries
Orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday qualify for Saturday delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes, including Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may experience longer transit times.

You may ship to a different address at checkout, but if it differs from your billing address, additional verification may be required.
First-time customers must ship to their home address. Returning customers may request workplace delivery via phone.
