  • Shipping fees are separate unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Charges & Timelines

  • Economy delivery is free on all products.
  • Express delivery is available at an additional charge.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders placed on non-working days or after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days (most orders arrive the next day).
  • Late Night Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed from 8:00 AM the next working day.

11. Parcel Reception & Inspection

  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • Check your parcel immediately in the presence of the courier for any damages.
  • If issues arise, note them on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • If no comments are made on the delivery note, the parcel is considered received in good condition, and future claims will not be entertained.

12. Defective Products & Warranty

  • All products are tested and graded before shipping to prevent disputes.
  • If you receive a defective product, you can claim the ITSAY warranty within one year of purchase.

Warranty Terms

  • Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
  • Does NOT cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
  • If the product is returned in a different condition than it was sent, the warranty is void.
  • Repair charges apply if the warranty is void, and if the customer does not respond within 3 calendar days, the item will be returned as received.

  • 90-day seller warranty on refurbished/pre-owned phones.
